OUR MISSION
The mission of TEAM QUAESTOR is to provide our undergraduate brothers with an experience enabling them to build upon their PERSONAL FOUNDATION, live by our CORE VALUES, and develop the necessary LEADERSHIP SKILLS to successfully facilitate chapter operations. We aim to recruit talented alumni members to enhance the leadership experience before, during and after Sigma Chi
Officer Training Academy sessions.

Our vision is to build a team of Sigma Chi brothers committed to the tenents of TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP. To dedicate ourselves to continuous learning, attainment and diffusion of knowledge, and creation of meaningful action to propel our mission. Through our vision and mission, we strive to provide an environment that supports our members' journey to attain the level of SUCCESS they define for themselves and their chapters
